These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Notulify app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Notulify records or accepts meeting recordings and automatically generates transcripts, speaker labeling, and summaries. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and have the authority to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
- Only upload or record audio you have the right to process, and comply with applicable laws and the privacy rights of those involved (e.g., recording consent where required).
- Do not misuse the Service for unlawful activity, infringing others' rights, or disrupting system operations.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of your meeting content, transcripts, and summaries. You grant us a limited permission to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you.
5. Third-party integrations
If you connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, your use is also subject to those third parties' terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.
6. Availability & early stage
The Service is currently provided free of charge and may be under active development. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and set reasonable usage limits.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output (transcripts/summaries) may contain errors; please review before relying on it for important decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Notulify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
